They all needed help conveying their passion and how they truly cared for customers. I learned early on that you can create powerful results simply through empathy and understanding people.
I was lucky enough (and persistent!) to stick with my craft and apply this insight to more sophisticated digital products. I love designing experiences that move and help people do things effortlessly. It’s a principle I live by and I hope it’s something we can help your team with as well.
